I had terrible problem lastnight asi slept on the sides the legs started aching very badly and if i changed the position to other side it was the same painful situation,i ended upwith severe bodypains bcs ofthis.
Also it is difficult for me nowadaysto getup from a chair or bed and i get apain feeling allover theabdomen mainly from sides(i cannot exactly describe but it is terrible)
I have some uneasy feeling near the anus when i get up and walk ,is this common during the thirdtrimester???,lately from past few days
I am worried abt allthese discomforts,is anybody having these problems??or any suggestions let me know!!!
Iput the pillow inbetween the legs and even on both sidesbut no relief at all,fromthe lower abdomen to down the leg it pains badly.

same here . I am also having the lots of pain .Mainly now adays my hands are paining a lot than my legs.(prev. it was legs). My fingers have become stiff and paining so much that it wakes me up at night. I am too finding it diff. to get up once I sit, so usually I sit on hard surface so I can get up easily. So do not worry. Continue ur walking ,it will really help.

Try to drink fruit juice rich in \";Potassium\"; and Calcium.
If you can find Gatorade brand water or fruit juice is best.

or else,
eat one banana once a two days and it will help relieving aches.

about pain in anus region, looks like sciatic vien trouble and that's because of growing uterus and baby applying pressure, will be fine after delivery.

I have all the pains that you have told. But it is not terrible. I think it because of the increasing body weight.

Since I sleep most of the time on my left side it pains my left leg, left arm and shoulders. I thought since I sit and work most of the time in the day I get the pain near the buttocks.

While getting up or changing positions, do it slowly, then the adbomen pain will not be there.
