My son has turned 13 months old.But still he is not walking yet.When i meet other MOMs who have smiliar age group kids they say their kids have started walking around 10-11 months...Which makes me worried so much.He is very active kid.He walks with the support from 11 months.But still not walking independently.

She can walk with support holding the bed or our hands. I meet other moms too who say their kids walked at 10-11 months but i dont care when she learns as long as she learns it. After all milestones dont determine one' s IQ. Plus, one major comfort factor is that majority of people do learn to walk on their beds and dont hold on to the bed or someone' s hands through out their life. So, why worry. Let him/her learn it at their own pace. mandeep replied. pl. dont worry a said h walks aided then its fine, he will walk unaided when he feel its right time. and pl. dont do baby olympic as all kids r differnt n all achive there milestones when they r confident.
reg, crying also this is normal all kids feel strange when they see new face even my son he is nearly 13 months is same. there is no need to feel ashamed tell then to take out funny voices or make funny faces or speak (baby talk)in the way your son speaks to make him comfortable as i make sure who ever meet my son talks to him in his language to make him comfortable and be proud of your son.
