hi friends ,im in my 8th week of pregnancy.. i have really stared loosing my temper very fast..dnt knw wats happening to me..this was nt the case in my first pregnancy..

it's hormonal and natural in pregnancy more in first triemester from 7th week onward:-)

Blame your hormones for this.

Nikita,

Pls stay calm and don't let stress or temper rule you.
Even i had tantrums n still have,with out reason even i get irritated very fast.
Try to do yoga and meditate atleast for 1/2 in the morg n eveng.
If the weather is good try going out for a walk and think about happy memories it ll make you happy:)
