Hi everybody,
Try to drink at least 600c.c. soybean drink every day cause soybean is very good for your baby' s skin.
Take New Prenatal MVM Tablets(Wyeth). Just take one tablet per day and you will get all nutritions which pregnant women' daily need.
If you vomit, just chew ginger and you will feel better!
Always remember...eat less salt,less suger,less oil,less too sweet fruits throughout during your pregnancy to keep you healthy and not to get too much weigh.
Must control your weigh:
gain 2 kgs (0-3 months)
gain 5 kgs (4-6 months)
gain 5 kgs (7-9 months)
Total gain 12 kgs and never gain more than 14 kgs till you dilever your baby.
