Im 23 yrs i had beautiful & thick long hair but am facing a problem of falling hair on regular bases since the past 6-7 yrs, do take evion tablets& oil my hair 1 a weak & with Evion temporarily the problem stops but it comes up again due to this i have to keep going for a hair cut nearly every month & hence i cant have long &health thick hair

the propblem of ur hair (maybe)using differnent type of shampoos.don't do it!its bad 4 ur hair..and always comb it!! because if it tangle,ur only going 2 losemore hair!!!!and use cold water 2 wash ur hair!!!!

ya evion is a vitamin e tablet if ur body has sufficient of that it will use
so u juat take evion 600mg daily

dont cut ur hair oftenly
bcoz it will make keratin scarcity
just contine evion
and take lot of tender coconut and buttermilk this three is enough for ur probs
and it will grow thick with shine ok

Hi Vijay ,

Thank you very much for ur reply i will definely try it out & i hope this solves the problem. could u pls explain the tender coconut aspect & could u also give me some advice on the shampoo to be used i use to use sunsilk yellow but now its not available which shampoo would suit my hair cos when ener i change i get dandruff & my hair falls to a greater extent.Thank you !
