Please help me with tips to gain weight. I' m 24, eat very well and my diet is very hygenic. I have tried every usual way of putting on weight. But still have not been able to improve. I' m 42kgs. Please help.

Hey add a lot of ghee and oil in ur food and have a cup of curd(dont mix water)daily , likewise eating an egg and drinking complan daily will gradully increase ur weight within months and will not harm ur health also.

Subject:  eat more than you require daily



You need to work out how many calories your body needs in a day and increase that by well over your daily requirements. There are heaps of sites that have calculators which can provide an answer. Try googling up info on weight gain, how many calories you need etc. Carbs are an excellent way to bulk up, protein also is very important. Eat larger portions, avoid totaly non-veg meals. Dairy is high in fat so keep that in mind when thinking of long term health issues when gaining weight. Also milk is not terribly good for weight gain and honey is really nothing more than sugary bee vomit. As for EFT, old Sandeep here is pimping it off in as many forums as possible. If he had any real advice you would have been able to read it rather than need to reply.

To gain weight eat dates daily u will definetly know results,also have honey and milk in the mornings.
