i have intense dandruff prob. it keeps recuuring. due to sinus prob i cant wash twicwe a week .i only wash on sundays.they have become thin and look dry and lifelees. how can make them look shinny with some life?

do the process continuosly
it will go off
dont use any chemical shampoos
