hi i am her once again. you told me to start applying castor oil and don't use conditioner. so i am doing all these things , but my hair are still frizzy dry and brittle. now if i run my fingers in my hair so many hair come in my hand. please help me, i want silky and manageable hair.

just check have any dandruff ok
use bajaj almond oil
use mild shampoo
soak fenugreek at night morning grind it like paste
apply in ur scalp
leave 1 hour after wash it

do the process 4 days once

i read ur question..i have the same proble and i found a solution for it.massage ur hair with warm olive oil thoroughly( dont worry at first lot of weak and brittle hair will fall). after oiling hair ,steam ur hair wth a small towel for atleast 30 minutes. then was off hair wth mild shampoo..
u will immediately see the difference..n do not comb wet hair..they are very delicate.
repeat ths twice a week to get soft and silky and manageble hair..
