first thanks 4 ur reply,how r u, i think u were getting confused , my problem is for my 7 year old daughter not for me,u have suggested a tablets , my daughter's problem is low hair growth, dull without shine, dry, not bouncy, even i am using almond oil twice a week, shampoo twice a week,heena once in two months , proper diet with milk but still not working, she has semi straight hair. please advice some for her hair growth, for shining, bouncy, and attracting hair without split hair problem.

just take fresh vegtetables and iron content food
take soya bean like that
soak fenugreek at night mornig grind it and apply the paste in her hair leave 1 hour after eash it
no need of cut and shave
