I'm unable to breath properly these days. I'm in my 34/35th week and my due date is Apr 15th. I'm steam inhalling every day but don't see much improvement. also applying tiger balm. Is anyone experiencing the same? It's even getting difficult to sleep peroperly :( sree replied. Hi Nisha, thanks for your response. As Nisha saifd its a very common problem of pregnancy,,, you might also feel a pressure on your ribs as the weeks go by because of the growing baby.. while sleeping elevate you head by using extra pillows so that you can breathe well,, also relax and dont be tensed that helps a lot in feeling comfortable.. also thinking abt the fact baby is due only a few weeks away helps you psyclogically too..

jenn nisha replied. hi ,this is a common problem,it is due to the increasing size of the uterus.the uterus puts pressure on the lungs,baby also takes a lot of oxygen u breathe,hence this happens,take deep long breaths ,that generally helps.so hows ur baby boy doing?did u finalise any names?i dont even know the sex of the baby,so names would be finalised only later on.take care.
