Milestones:Baby poking tounge

Hi folks,
my baby keeps poking her tounge out even when she is not hungry. Does this happen for anyone else? Any idea why such a thing happens. Am not worried or anything, just curious.
Chill.
much love,
Sunshine

my baby does that. How old is ur baby? mine is 12m
but we assumed that thats because her toungue is comparatively longer than normal people. She is like her dad, looks like her dad, teeth eyes mouth all like dad. Her dad has very long toungue and has a habit of poking it out (i once asked a doctor, he said there' s no medical description for that and told me by guessing that since the toungue is long, they probably like to stick it out). I earlier thought it was his habit and used to discourage him. Then i saw even the baby doing that.

They really hv long toungues. Its clearly noticeable!

If there is nothing like this for u, still dont worry. Babies do that as a part of play.

Hi,
My toddler is 23 mos. old. He does just that. Most of the times his tongue is sticking out.

hello jayashree
dont get afraid and dont loose hopes, your son is absolutely fine, and give him the proper tuition and avoid more playing periods of his, and you should teach him at home when you will get free time.... - praglabh [View Message]
