Hi,
Im new here. I actually looked online andlooks like my date will be end of may, or june 1st week. I havent met my doc yet.

so yet to get more help.

meanwhile, ive been hvaing severe cramping, which the nurse said was normal.... but sometimes, i feel like its a stomach upset and feel better after using the restroom. is this normal?

im probably 5+weeks from wat the internet calculators say. I also asked hte nurse if they need to check the hormone levels again, to make sure its progressing well, she said no, but my test was done really very veryearly... So do u think they wud need one ?

im not hvaing any nausea, though im damn tired and severe cramping, back pain(like something stuck to my back!), and slightly sore breasts!

please advice...

thank u
nancy

Hii Nancy,
I have been a silent member f april'07.. and joined there finally officially today!
As for ur stomach aches,I think its pretty normal.. mostly gas... Try not to keep ur tummy empty for more than 2 hrs.. keep eating small meals. and go for walks.. it makes ur back n legs n ankles relax.. small walks really helped me ! Sleep as much as u can!
Enjoy ur pregnancy..

hi Nancy,
good to hear from u.dont worry about waiting for 2 weeks.. i found @ 6 weeks and even my doc asked me to wait till the 8th week for the ultrasound.
As for the weight gain, dont worry about it.. coz ur baby is still small.. so its better to gain more in the later months.. when the baby is bigger. Typically , you gain 25-30 pounds during the entire pregnancy.. but if u start at a higher weight range, like me.. then the doc suggests a total wt gain of around 15 pounds thru out!
Again, dont worry abt loosing or not gaining wt in the first trimester.. coz a lot of ppl loose wt in the first 3 months bcoz of morning sickness , n nausea!
Take care.. and Enjoy these months!

Hi Palak,
Eating both fruits is good for health but you have to be very cautious because banana would put you to gain weight. So better think about that and then there will be no chance of loss of weight.... - Neha [View Message]
