Hi All,
Have any of you thought of exercise now? I'm 13.5 weeks & have been just walking. I would like to add some prenatal yoga. Any word on which DVD is good?
Also, is anyone going for any pool exercises? My doc is not letting me take water aerobics. She thinks the pool has too many chemicals, bleach, other people's fluids & if the cervix is even a tiny bit open it could cause an infection. What has your experience been?

hey that idea of water is bad ,, i have read in many sites and boks about infection for baby.. plz dear avoid.. jsut have good walks and yoga...
dont try to many things .. better to avoid dangers

What my OB said is don't start anything new since it will cause stress.
If you are already swimming then you can continue with that .If you are going to learn then I suggest it is not the right time to start with. Best exercise is walking in open space inhaling lots of fresh air and have more fluids.

My doc's other arguement is that I should start anything new. Its been 3 years since I've been in the pool. What do you think?
I'm stepping into my 15th week today. When is your due date?

Hi!
Well I donno abt the chemical and bleach part but my docs(both my physician and OB) recommended that swimming is a good excercise at any stage of pregnancy. I am 14 weeks and just started swimming again. Water really makes you feel light and able to excercise.
