Hi Pearl,
Not only do I have dark circles under my eyes, the skin around the eyes adjacent to upper part of my nose is also very dark. It gives me a sick look, how can I get rid of those?
Thanks for your advise.

Lie down n close your eyes n put cucumber slices or cotton pads soaked in rose water or raw potato slices on your eye lid. Be in this position for 15-20 minute.
Do this twice a day.

When you feel very tired doing work infront of computer or reading, close your eyes for 1-2 minutes n again continue doing your work.

Daily drink 14-15 glasses of water in winter also.
If you are not thirsty also drink water whenever you get time so that it becomes 14-15 glasses daily.

Wash your eyes with normal water in every 2-3 hours.

Sleep for long hours (7-8 hours) daily.

Be regular n keep a routine. Don’t do like this that one day you wake up very early n other day very late.
