hello everybody,
am suffering from severe hair fall myself from past 4-5years with problems of dandruff too..tried several things all this time but none really worked..
actually i never shampooed my scalp..just applied on my hair and dint massage my scalp well fearing to lose more hair..(that's what did the damage)...now some days back i got bugged and really scrubbed my scalp well..lost a lot of hair too but u know what, my hairfall started reducing thereafter.
Now i shampoo (mild one) daily and really scrub my scalp well..its seems to be helping. So ppl with dandruff problem, clean ur scalp well and dont worry bout the falling hair..they will anyway fall off today or tomorrow..atleast u can save the rest from falling..

do u have any dandruff

apply bajaj almond oil and use herbal shampoos

soak fenugreek at night morning grind with water like a pate apply in ur scalp leave 1 hour after wssh it
