ive had this since puberty and i dont no what to do...i tried hydrocortison but it didnt help

its supposed to bleach the eye but it hasnt done anything it almost looks like it made it worse..

Don’t worry in 2 weeks the darkness at the corner of eyes as well as on elbows will get decreased. Do the following things.

FOR EYES:

Close your eyes n put cucumber slices or potato slices on your eye lid for 10-15 minutes.
OR
You can use tea bags also.

Keep the area around your eyes clean. Wash your face with normal cold water in every 2 hours.

Drink 15 glasses of water daily.

Eat healthy food.

FOR ELBOWS:

Rub lemon piece on the dark area. Wash it after 10-15 minutes.

The cause for this may be you give a lot of stress to your eyes or sleeping hours is not sufficient or diet isn’t proper or weakness.

Keep the area around your eyes clean.

Wash your face with normal water in every 2 hours.

Don’t give stress to eyes. If you work a lot infront of computer or read a lot, then relax your eyes in between like close your eyes for few seconds or a minute n again start doin your work.

Put cucumber slices on your eyes n relax for 10-15 minutes.
OR
Apply raw potato juice pulp on the effected area n wash it off with normal water after 10-15 minutes.

Neither sleep too much nor too less. Sleep for long hours(7-8 hours) daily. Keep regularity.

Daily drink 15 glasses of water or more.

Take good diet. Eat lots of fruits n green leafy vegetables. Drink fresh fruit juices.

avoid oily n fried food.

Rotate your eyes 12 times clockwise n 12 times anti clockwise daily in the morning.
Then close your eyes for few seconds. Now see any object in front of you n concentrate on it. Don’t close your eyes in between. Be in this position till water starts coming in your eyes. Then close your eyes n don’t let the water flow out. Gently put your fingers on your closed eyes n move the finger downwards. Do this daily once for a month n if it helps, then carry on till you wish to.

it depends on the cause of the darkness. if you give lot of stress to your eyes,then puting only cucumber slice or tea bags wouldn't help. if its going to help you then you'll see the effect in 1-2weeks. otherwise it would help you to relax your eyes for sometime.
so if doing only this helps you. then its ok. otherwise do the exercise which i have said.
