Health Concerns:Diet During Pregnancy

I am in the first month of Pregnancy and would like to know what all i should eat to have a healthy baby.Now a days, i don' t feel like eating Cooked Vegetables and Cereals just feel like having Curd Rice, Is this sufficient with fruits. please Suggest

Hi Meenakshi,
My suggestion to you would be to directly ask your doctor instead of online help, because in most cases you will not get the exact information.Online information would be general, so I will suggest you kindly any visit any hospital or clinic that can provide you this type of facility. If you are in Bangalore do visit the cradle maternity hospital.

How s ur health now?
wt s ur haemoglobin count?
R u taking any tablets for babies brain growth.i can help u out by suggesting few supplements, which am taking now in my 9th month.

Starting days of pregnancy are little tough. We dont feel like eating anything. You eat what ever you enjoy eating. Take a lot of curd,fruits,juices,leafy vegetables etc

Eat chicky { Jaggery and peanuts made} that will change your taste too and its good. Drink milk. If you dont feel like.Have ice cream, or have milk shakes.
