Hi Vijay

I read lots of your helps and messages to different people on this beard. so I am thinking that u can help me too. I live in Us . My hairs were never great but they were ok. I always wanted to make them silky and shining (like chinease people) but I could never find the right person. I know chinese people have some generic thing that's why they have silky ahirs but ?I would be more thna happy if they look little better. So please help me.
My hairs are very rough and dry. I have short hair so I have to keep them untide but they look weird. I started using gel now, which I don't want to use b/c I know it's not a solution. Tell me some good diet for it. I need some permamnet solution for it. My husband also start saying that do somthing with your hairs. They look awful which is embarrassing . hope to get some solution from you. r u in US?

vitamin e scarcity u have now so that rough and dry

just take vitamin e tablets like \";evion 400mg\";
or else biotin 1000mg
it will really gives help to u
dont worry
use almond oil for oiling
apply coconut milk in ur scalp weekly once leave 1 hour after wash it

I am taking the vitamon tablets. Also, since My hair type is very rough and dry and very fluffy. tell me whcih shanpoo would be good and also tell me the conditioner. I want to make my hairs soft, black and shiny.
