Hi what happens if i put too much of saffron everyday in my milk. Is it good to have it everyday in my milk.

Saffron helps to srtengthen the uterus. and it has nothing to with the baby. so i think 1 or 2 strands a day shud be enough

you should only put one or maximum 2 strands of Saffron...as it is for hot for baby...also I will suggest to spk to your mom or mother in law may be they will able to tell you how much quantity you should take.okkk take care
