i have a lot of pimples.can i use besan+malai+turmeric pack on my face?i am using it to reduce my tan.will it cause an increase in pimples?i have started taking Himalaya neem supplements for my pimples. is it beneficial?

For pimples:
• Drink at least 12 glasses of water daily n slowly make it 15.
• Use water based products (cosmetics).
• Wash your face with normal water 4-5 times in a day.
• Use face wash twice in a day. Once in the morning n second time in the evening after coming home from work.
• Avoid oily(fried) food.
• Keep your face clean. Don’t touch any oil or cream to your face
• Use water based moisturizers.

Home remedy for pimples:
• Grind nutmeg (jaiphal) with unboiled milk n apply on effected area. Then, wash it off after 15 minutes.
• Apply fresh mint juice over the face every night n wash it off after 15 minutes.
• Apply the paste of fresh fenugreek (methi) leaves over the face every night n wash it off with warm water after 15minutes.
Do any one of the above remedies n Pimples will disappear within a week without leaving any marks.

hmm use tamoto pulp ok it wil help u to prevent pimples ...& drink alot of water ....do wash ur face with ice cold water after 2 hours ,,it helps in summer for prevent u from further pimples
