Hai brother,

thanks for your advice but i have some doubts.
i was using parachute coconut oil & 2-3 days before only i started using almond oil, castor oil and coconut oil together. is it good or should i use almond oil alone? i am using pantene shampoo from last 2-3 days and before that i used nyle shampoo.
you told me to take biotin 400mg or vitamin e tablet \";evion 4000mg\";. which one should i take? i mean biotin or evion? isn't 400mg more?

use rejoice.it is good.ny shampoo u use shuld be diluted in water b4 u use it for ur hair.try it.
