i rreally short for my i age. everybody dyas i cant get any taller. i worried that i want get taller at all and be short. does any body know what you can do to get taller. does exersicing 2 or 3 times a week help? are there medicines that can make me taller. are there home remedies

u can do excersises like jogging specially hanging with the help of of thread by ur hands....u must get improvemnet.....

eat lots of protein foods so that you body has the bulding blocks for growth and do lots of sport that expends energy. if you are very short for your age (say 5 ft 1 or less) then u may want to see a doctor. good luck :)

hey there,
I have a younger brother of age 14 and 5.4ft is his height. Actually I would like to tell you the remedy, hope you agree. He drinks two bowls of boiled salty dal(medium salt)everyday while lunch and dinner and i think that's one of the method he's tall. So you can try that and i think its affordable.
