Health Concerns:5 weeks Pregnant and Exophytic corpus leutem

Hi!

I am into my 5th week of pregnancy. I got a vaginal scan done, and a interutrine gestational sac was observed, with no embroyo and yolk. Doc said it is too early to observe an embroyo/yolk.
Also, the doc observed a exophytic cyst on the right side. Doc has asked me to get a scan done in a couple of weeks to observe the cyst and the pregnancy state. She did not discuss the due date etc with me and said she will calculate only after the second scan. Also, she has put me on folic acid etc. She appeared to be a bit worried.
Anyone here has idea about exophytic cyst and its relation with interatutrine pregnancy?
Any thing to worry about?

Thanks!
