Dear All,

I m from Nov board & my 33 rd week is starting from tomorrow.Baby' s head is already down as per 30th week u/s.
Since last 2 weeks i have been experiencing acute pain at right abdomen sumwhere near to ribs.At times its so painful that im nt even able to sit.I have to keep my posture straight otherwise it' s intensity increases.
Everyone says that baby is hitting my ribs & touching a sensitive nerve.Even I can feel sumthing very hard on my ribs.Are these baby' s knees or legs ?if yes,why do i feel them only at right side..there is no pain in left upper abdomes..right abdomen is much more harder than left one.
Pls guide me for the same.have u all experienced this & what shud i do to get a relief from this pain.I can feel that hardness moving if i put my hand over there.I dntfeel much pain if i lie down bt i have a sitting job 10-7.
