PP - take methi seeds... fluids as suki mentioned and be carefree... most imp baby latch...

I know some of my american friends eating fenugreek capsules so why not we eat methi seeds instead...

better to go by natural way .. as other mothers say take plenty of fluids, fruits and methi seeds..

heard from several americal moms that capsules give some side effect for the baby as well as mother..

u better ask ur OB or LC for capsules.. dont go by the market strategy...

I have been visiting site and finally cld see posts. Rhea is doing good.Pretty active like other kids.she sings whole abc song and counts 1to 6 (her bro' s impact)
I have been busy since i joined work since Jan ,so my inlaws are here to help with kids.i terribley miss both kids during day.
