I am having hair fall for the last 4-5 years.I have too much dandruff that remains whole the year..i use shampoo 2-3 times in a week but dandruff r still there..once in a week i use hard shampoo like sensun but no use.....my hairs a continuously falling...plz help me out..what to do ... oiling is very necessary
apply castor oil in alternative days .

beat 2 eggs well mix them with water,wet your hairs apply the mixture on your hair and message for 15 mins .relax for 5-7 mins rinse them well
(both for dandruff n hair fall)

take 3 day old yogurt/curd (not refrigerated)mix with mustard oil apply for 2 hours .
(for dandruff)

eat vegetables,eat things full of vitamin A,E,VITAMIN B COMPLEX,ZINC,SELENIUM.

this is the best shampoo for dandruff.

or mix 3 drop of tree tree oil to your shampoo before using.

tree tea oil works like an antiseptic.

make a paste of fenugreek(methi) with rose water apply for 30 mins.

avoid stress ,take a heathy diet.

if it doesn't help within 2 months then something is wrong with your diet go to a doctor.
