I too will be going back to work after 3 months. Heard Medala are the best, but they're expensive. I want to go for double electric breast pump and I'm considering \";Bailey Nurture III Double Electric Breast Pump with Tote $114.95\";. You can goto Baileys web site ie., \";Thebabybungalowdotcom\";. My collegues also suggested me to consider used ones available at recycled baby stuff stores.

Hi,

Iam from the March Board.Read ur mail.Did u know u can rent these pumps from the hospitals & diff pharmacy stores? My hosp charges 35$ mnthly for it.If ur going to use it for some mnth only it makes sense to rent it too.Though thats a personal choice. Also at the hosp u can ask ur lactation consultant that u wld like to try a breast pump.U can ask them whats the best suitable for u.Plus if they open a new pack to show u how to use the pump....most of the times u cld take that home.So just wait for that:)
Goodluck

Hi Jenn, I will be buying one since I am going back to work in 3 months. I heard that the manual ones are of no use and can hardly get any ounces. Electric works very well. My friend bought for 300$ which I think was too much. Another friend bought for 100$ and she said that was good. I really dont know which brand is best yet.
