Name: D G

Hello,

I am 17 weeks pregnant and my doctor has advised me to take

globac XT - iron, zinc - 15 mg and folic acid
strive G - DHA, EPA, Selenium and zinc 15 mg

My doctor said that 30 mg of zinc per day is fine however I am a bit scared to take more that 15 mg zinc (15 mg is recommended depending on what i read)

I also read a study in lancet that mother having 30mg of zinc had children which scored less on mental development index.

PLease tell me if this much of zinc is harmful for my baby

I need the DHA for the brain development of my fetus

please tell me what should I do
