hi guys,well i have hair falling problem ,once vijay u told me to use almond oil,my doubt is will this almond oil produce more heat in my body or is ita coolant,actually mine is a pimple prone skin a nd i get pimples bcoz of excess of heat in my body ,can u plzzzzzzzzz suggest me and which shampoo is good ,is beer +shikakai+reetha herbal shampoo a good conditioner.tell me excatly wat is a conditioner and which one is the best vijay replied. hai sister hru maa
1.Soak fenugreek at night morning grind it and apply that paste in ur scalp.leave ½ hour to 1 hour.after you can wash it





2.Take mehandi powder mix with curd mix it like a paste. Apply that paste in ur scalp. leave ½ hour to 1 hour. After you can wash it





3.Take white yolk from egg. Apply in ur scalp. leave 1 hour. After you can wash it





4.Take curry leaves and if u can able means take intake or else in the coconut oil u just put in the open pan.heat it .the juice of curry leaves will settle down slowly and colour of oil also change.take from pan and keep in good container.





5.castor oil is good for hair.it will give density.but the problem is stickyness.so weekly once apply it for an 2 hour before goto hair wash

Almond oil is good for all types of hair, but as you have hair fall problem, instead of applying it, do all the following:

Weekly Twice: Mix almond, castor & coconut oil in equal amounts & apply it on your scalp. If you want to massage, do it gently. Shampoo it out after three hours. This will reduce hair fall & increase thickness as well as strengthen your hair.

Weekly Once: Soak methi (fenugreek) seeds in water overnight & next day make it a paste. Apply this paste to your hair & shampoo it out after half an hour. This will give shine to your hair.

Monthly Once: Wrap a towel dipped in hot water on your head (hair) after oiling your hair. Keep the towel for 20 minutes. Don’t do this more than monthly once.

Shampoo: Use Pantene for silk & shiny hair. Don’t go for hair fall controlling Pantene, as it is not that good.

Drink lots of water, about 12-15 glasses everyday, even if you aren’t thirsty. Take lots of fruits & salads. Take protein rich diet like egg whites, dals, sprouted grains, etc. Drink milk daily.

are you sure that you dont have dandruff in your hairs?

if your hairs are falling quickly then try my hair shedule.


SUNDAY: apply castor oil in your hairs for minimum two hours and then wash your hairs.

tuesday :apply olive oil in your hairs for two hours then wash your hairs.

THURSDAY: castor oil like sunday

dont message any oil more than thrice in a week.

you can use almond oil too but it will only help you in improving the texture of your hairs.

OILING IS NECESSARY IT WILL NOT HARM YOUR SKIN CARRY ON.
if your skin is oil drink minimum 15 glasses of water daily ,i have already told so many tips for oily skin read them too in my other solutions.
