Normal Delivery:anyone having experience in Manipal Hosp?

I am new to Bangalore and pregnant. I am seeing Dr. Jaya Bhatt of Manipal Hospital. Does anyone have any experience with her?
I would really like to avoid unnecessary c-section. I don't know whether the Dr Bhatt prefers normal delivery.

Any update will be very helpful.

Pearl replied. I have multiple fibroid inside & outside my uterus. One very big one 10.6 X 8.6cms is outside the uterus n many tiny ones inside n outside. I am advised by a doc to undergo laproscopy & get all fibroid removed. I got married almost 5 months back, got late married (33yrs old now).We are planning baby soon. Can some advise me a good Gyno & also laproscopy specialist who can resolve my issue & also treat me post laproscopy to have a healthy baby. I am reading on the net about Dr. Jaya Bhat...Can someone give me more input on the same.?? Neha replied. Big hospital have big issues. All these clinics are money minting. They dont care a damn about health as long as they get you to pay more for the the same treatment.

My OBGyn was Dr. Jaya Bhat. She is very competent and my delivery was normal.
She will decide based on ur situation at the time of delivery whether to go for C-sec or not...she avoids C-Sec unless really necessary.All the best.

I suggest that you consult a doctor who give personal attention, totally avoids a c-section and is very strict with her recommendations.

Manipal is good

I was under inspection of dr. Praveen shonoy ... she was wonderful.. I got a normal delievery.. and I guess hospitals like manipal they wouldn't unnecessarily imposed surgery...
