Hi,

I had posted a query for hair loss sometime back. Ritu told me to soak methi seeds overnight and apply the paste in the morning. However, i just want to know if oiling the hair is necessary before applying methi. I also want to know if i should apply it everyday. if we don't oil the hair, will the hair not get dry and frizzy?
If anyone has tried this or if ritu u happen to read this pls reply.

Hi Sonu,
Instead of soaking methi and making it paste u can use the methi powder u get and soke it and use it .this way ur work will be reduced and i think the resdue u were talkin gabout will be reduced.

sonu what u feelis right. oiling the hair is a must. what u need to do is oil hair for a couple of hours and when u wash hair with shikakai/shampoo (shampoo tobe avoided generally) u need to use methi paste as after wash/conditioner.
it can be done once a week/alternate days , as your body suits as it is quite cold for the body

Thanks a lot meenu. I will try doing this. But i remeber when i had applied methi paste last time, i had all the residues falling from my hair all day. do u know a better method to make a paste to avoid this.
