Thanks for your feedback...Im so glad you moms liked the name of my baby \";IPSHITA\";
Im ok now but feel very weak...my pelvic bones are painful and and sleepless nights have started..i dont feel like doing anything..
Im still coming to office so that I can spend max time with baby..
My husband has started calling baby by \";IPSHI\"; and she responds by moving...how sweet nah?? All wonders of God..
Well some names I had short listed..May be u moms will also like them..

jenn replied. hey sharmila , good to hear of your recovery,,well my CB classes started just yessterday.. it was good , we wee taught some breathing excercises and shown demos with models of the birth process etc,.. etc..we will be getting into detail in the excercises in the next few classes..
ansd Ipshita seems like a good name,, and the meaning too is great!! goodchoice of name aditi,, and good luck,, you would be trhe first one in our board to deliver,,, take care..

Ipshita is a name I 've never heard and really sounds great! I've thought of a couple fo names but still looking for something rare like the one you've chosen. No yaar we didnt want to know our baby's sex but like u I too feel its going to be a girl :-) But have to keep on looking for some rare and cute name for our little one. Ipshita, the name aditi chose is really a cool one especially with such a true meaning.
Sharmila, me and jenn didnt go for the hershey trip together. That phrase just popped out as I did mentioned her about my trip sometime when we talked. We havent seen each other for atleast 2 weeks now as the weather is not so good to go out.
By the way this is how u should do a Pelvic rock exercise:
This is an exercise that the mother can easily do herself. To do it, the mother needs to get down onto the floor on her hands and knees as if she were going to crawl. When in this position, the mother's arms should be fully extended and straight. The floor, her legs, her back, and her arms need to form the four sides of a square. To start out, her back needs to be straight (not arched up or down) with her stomach pulled up. The next step is to slowly relax her lower back and allow her pelvis to tilt forward and comfortably. Hold this position for a couple of seconds and then have her pull her back and pelvis back to a straight, level, and less relaxed position. This cycle should be repeated slowly in a regular motion. This exercise should only be using the muscles of the lower part of her body or else it isn't being done properly.

Yeah me and baby are doing fine....What about your little one? Did you get to know the sex or have you decided to have it as a surprise? I have a very strong intuition that its going to be a girl! Yes, we've filtered to a couple of names and I've told my hubby that it has to be my choice this time. I'll give him his turn for the second baby. But you know, I just want to settle with one whereas he's already talking about the second :0 mmmmm Lets see.....too early to talk about it!
