Hi
I am tanvi, i am in 15 weeks of my twin pregnancy and i am having severe constipation from last one week.
Pls advise me how to overcome from this problem

I faced this in my first pregnancy.Right iam into second issue,i dont have any constipation.Eat lots of fruits,specially orange the whole fruit can really relieve you a lot.Juices will not work.

Heartly congrats !!!!!
I am also pregnant and was facing the same problem of constipation, then my dadi told me a homely recipe in the night and in morning boil milk and soke munakka in milk, and drink it when its hot.
Believe me it will do wonders!!!
Dadi ke nuskhe bare kaam ke hote hai
