Labour:About epidural in chennai....plss help

I am in my 4th month of pregnancy and living in Hyd but my delivery will b in Chennai. I am very eager to know abt the best epidural facility given in chennai Hospital and also if possible want to know the Doctor name...can anybody had taken epidural in Chennai...if ' yes' pls discuss abt ur experience tooo...

epidural

hi devi,
i don' t live in india, but i have taken epidural during my delivery. there are always few doctors who are qualified for epidural and it all depends who is available at that time. it is not nessecary that you do need a epidural. sometimes when you arrive at the hospital the baby is ready to be born and there is no time/need for epidural. it is not painfull. you hardly notice but it depends on body to body. for me it worked less than seconds but for some it takes more than 2 epidurals. i am trying to scare you but just wait and see how it goes and than make a decision. i stayed home most of my labour and went to the hospital when i couldn' t bear the pain. i don' t know how it works in india. i live in canada and it is different here.
but do lots of excersice,best is prenatal yoga, drink lots of water, juice and go for a walk. it will help u in labour. take care and best of luck.

vinayaka nursing home in mysore is very worst hospital. bad staffs.
sweeper are becoming doctor and nurses .
no perfect doctors are there. very unhygenie. please dont go this hospital.
male nurses are treating female patiens.no privacy
