Hi friends, are any of you using the maternity belt for lower back pain. I have been having really bad pain last week and purchased the belt over the weekened. I am supposed to wear it fittingly under my lower tummy. I want to make sure this doesn’t have any adverse effect. I feel like I am squeezing my baby and my mom warned me I maybe affecting the babys position. Any advice?

..with maternity belt. I got this one from babiesrus that provides support to ur both back and tummy. You have to wear it on cloths and I too felt that it was squeezing my tummy. but it gave me good relief to my back, but i'm not using it regularly these days...bcoz I was worried it may affect my baby.
