my hair fall daily .i have very less hair even my hair start grey.i want heavy hair how i get this ,

Wash your hair twice a day at 2 different times. For example, you may shampoo your hair in the morning and again at night before bedtime. At each shampoo session, actually shampoo your hair twice consecutively. In other words, when you shampoo in the morning: apply shampoo/then rinse/apply shampoo a second time/ then rinse again/apply conditioner/then the final rinse. Speaking of the final rinse, use the coldest water for at least 1 minute. For the shampoo, you should try using BABY SHAMPOO. But, once a week, substitute using a dandruff shampoo for one of the two daily shampooing sessions. Every time you shampoo, make sure to shampoo not only your hair but concentrate on the scalp. Use circular and gentle but firm motions with your fingertips(avoid using fingernails) when applying shampoo into scalp. If available, try using a conditioner with ingredients like tea tree oil and/or green tea.

Install a showerhead filter, if available. You may be able to find this filter at major hardware stores. This traps harsh minerals from the local water supply.

In addition to a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral daily pill you should already be taking, also take an oral supplement called Evening of Primrose Oil. Follow dosage on the container.

Take another oral supplement called Chlorophyll. Also follow dosage on the container bottle. If these supplements are not available at your local health foods store, try obtaining them from the internet.

Make sure you get enough quality sleep every night, including weekends. 7-8 hours for men; 9 hours for women; and 10 hours for children.

Weather permitting, expose your head/hair to the sun for 10-30 minutes only every day. Try to do this before 10:00am and after 4:00pm.

Take long deep breaths 10 times the moment you wake up, and 10 more times each hour and every hour of the remaining day.

Walk at a good pace with arms in full swing or do another exercise every single day for 30 minutes.

Meditate every single day at a quiet comfortable place. Try closing your eyes and mouth; breathe normally and comfortably but allow only your stomach to rise and not your chest when inhaling through your nose; when exhaling, say a relaxing word of your choice in your head; do this sitting or lying down for 10 minutes or so. To review: close your eyes and relax for 10 minutes every day. When breathing in or inhaling, breathe in air filling up your stomach and not allowing your chest to rise. At the end your exhale, think of a relaxing code word of your choice. You may use words like \";relax,\"; \";one,\"; \";love,\"; \";peace,\"; or \";nice.\"; (example: inhale/exhale/say \";one\"; in your head/inhale/exhale/say \";one\"; in your head/inhale/exhale/say \";one\"; in your head/ and so on for 10 minutes.
