hi everybody,
i m dentist ,so as a doc. requesting first brush twice daily,even thrice a day,if u can,eat apple per day,avoid taking tetracycline [is an antibiotic] effects ur child,start using soft brush becoz during pregnancy gums become puffy n bleed more hard brush may irritate ur gums,eat calcium tablets by consulting ur gynec,ok swee t smile for all ofcoming babies

hey Gitali! thanx a lot for this important information.
I was taking it seriously ,why my gums were bleeding?I came to know reading ur suggession that my brush was very harsh on my gums.I will take care of that.
