Due Date Club December 2006:Update

Name: Leo Hi girls,

I had my u/s today and my placenta has moved up finally that is a great relief:) The baby weighs around 6 lbs 7 ounces (I know u/s done at the end to predict baby weight can be offtrack) With GD and not putting on weight I was worried abt the baby's weight but now I feel better.

The baby is in head down position and I am 50% effaced and 1-2cm dialated.

I am walking regularly and I feel that I have a lot of energy. Even my in-laws have come down so now there is practically no work at home. Just a bit of baby shopping this weekend and I am all set to have the baby. My EDD is Dec 16th.

Hope everyone on the board are doing fine. Best wishes for moms in waiting and to moms who had babies please update us with the good news.

Hi..

Hi Leo,
Its very nice to hear that your placenta has moved up-a big relif.Baby weight is aslo very good as u are having GD.You must be happy now and wait for that great day when u'll hold ur baby as your effacement and dialation already started.Waiting for good news.Best of Luck..

Its so good to know that your placenta has moved up. And also about the baby's weight!

So you are 50% effaced!! How much time is left for you?? what did the doctor say??

Isn't it good to have someone at home to help you with household work! Right now my in-laws and my mom both are there. So i'm really happy!

I've just finished with all my baby shopping. Just have to wash all the clothes, and pack my hospital bag!

I have my next appointment on 6th December, that is when they will start doing my physical exam.

Since we share the same EDD please do keep me posted.

Nice to hear your placenta has moved up .And the baby's weight,health etc. is good. I had my appointment today and i am 1 cm. dialated too .
Isn't it a blessing someone taking care of you infact the company itself is a good thing.
