Hii all..
hope everyone is doing fine.
Iam into 33 weeks and feeling frequent baby hiccups (rythemic bumps).
is this safe for the baby...i am worried,
does any one felt the same, can we do anything to stop them... need suggestion plz

im from oct board n a second time mom.i dont have any intention to scare you buy wanted to share my exp with u.everyone is right baby getting hiccups is absolutely normal but if u think its getting very frequently then it might be a matter of concern.
in my first preg i used to feel it very often n when i was told to monitor the fetal movements daily i felt that its not moving that much so told the doc about it n she suggested a colored 2d ultra soundd n we found oout that the cord was wrapped around the baby' s neck three times so had to go throuhg a planned c sec as the baby could not come down.so i think just precaution sake you can talk to your doc about it.

i' m in my 34th week. i' m also feeling frequent hicupsmany times a day.
Its normal.
So Krish don' t worry at all.

I' m sowmya and i' m in my 35th week. I do feel the baby hiccups frequently and I have read its quite normal...even I observe it couple of times a day since there' s not much acrobatic movement these days its just twist and turn ) don' t worry its absoultely normal for baby to get hiccups.
