Hello,

I have been experimenting with different foods and items in my kitchen and also heard about this on television.

I had some dry, rough elbows and it's just not appealing, they felt so dry and all.

I got a little lemon juice (freshly squeezed) and a teaspoon or more of sugar and a little oil (Coconut) and mixed it together and then, I rubbed it into my skin, showered it off and my rough elbows were soft as a baby's skin...plus, they had that pretty glow.

Does anyone have any other home remedies for this or for softening rough feet?

coconut oil or vitamin-e oil are the best to soften up the skin, lemon juice is good to lighten up the skin but home remedies take time and patience maybe you can try tend skin care products they have vast range of products and they work I have tried some every skin reacts differently only after trying diff. remedies you will come to know which one works for you,and rememeber be religious about taking care of your skin that the best remedy to all the skin related problems.

instead of coconut oil u can try \";dalda ghee\"; u will find still better results ..
even i also try home remedies in the kitchen ....i feel its a prfect beauty parler ....so we can always share our new solutions for all of us ...
