Hi Priya... You are absolutely fine. Frequent urination is because size of the Urinary Bladder decreases due to pressure from the neighbouring growing Uterus. And breast becomes tender because of the hormanal changes in your body.
About Food, heres what my doc advised me --
1. Have regular food every 3 hours.
2. Avoid oily stuff
3. Have Green Vegetables & Salads
4. Cereals are good as it contains Iron
5. Milk 3 times a day.. Good source for Calcium & Folic Acid
6. Have 3 Almonds soaked overnight daily in the morning.
7. Have one piece of jaggery or gur daily
8 Sprouts once a week
9. Kurmura is very good.
10.Fruits to eat -- Apple, Banana, Guava, Pomogrenate, Pear
11.Fruits to avoid -- Papaya, Pineapple, too much of dates,
12.Channa Chikkhi is very good.
13.Avoid Chicken & prawns in first few months for Non-Veg Eaters.
I too am expecting in the last week of May. If anybody else has some good ideas on this topic do add.
Love
Chikupie
