Hi all,

I am into 32 weeks and started bachache from now. I am working, I keep sitting straight on the chair and standing in between but nothing helps me.

Since ur weight is increasing u must be getting backache. Try keeping a pillow or coushin in ur chair while in office for a back support. after every hr or so take a short walk. Always maintain an erect position. Also the back exercises help a lot. This is wat i can suggest. Take care.
