Hi Archie,

I am a silent reader of this board,but i saw ur replies are very useful and meaningful.
I am 36week pregnant and due in mid Dec.Last sunday i went to a party and i had one Margriata.Will it effect to baby at this stage?I didn't take it whole pregnancy but on sunday i had one bottle. Some time i feel guilty if it will effect to my baby.Pl clarify..
What else i can do for normal delivary now.Can u suggest me?I walk for 20 min in a day daily.What type exercise and what other things which i should do to boost my normal delivary.

Hi Archie,
Thanks for early reply.I am also feeling very bad about having Mararita but i couldn't control myself and i consumed 12oz.bottle,now having guilty.
I am feeling baby movemennts regular.
I will include ur other suggestions and let you know.
Archie,is there any chance to get any birth defect to baby by consuming this alcohol?

A bottle of Margrita?
That is loads, though it may not affect baby or not easy to estimate.
A glass or a peg is OK but bottle is large.
Do not get me wrong but you or aquaintance should have alarmed you not to drink when you are pregnant. Not necessarily to prevent defects in baby but to affect any accidents leading to mishap from alcohol.

20 minutes walk is not sufficient get on at least 45 minutes walk, that also with manageable fast speed.

Drink two glasses of milk with a tea spoon ghee per glass.

may be an intercourse,

do kigel exercise, squattings and mopping floor along with cat cow position.
