i m hardly a month pregnant now i mean my lmp was 26 dec 2006 we have tested at home through testor and d result was positive the problem with me is i am very much scared of labour pain right from now it's not dat i am not happy me and my my husband we both are very happy but i don't understand wat should i do 2 get rid of dis fear,i know dat dis is 2 early 2 2 get scared of but can't help it so plz plz advice me dat wat should i do so dat i'll feel better Nidhi replied. hey preeti nothing to worry about..the more you will worry and get scared the more it will be problamatic. I have read that one should be relax and happy during pregnancy and evrything goes smooth. Read some good books and join some yoga classes. go for walk daily and if you are working continue working. I think it wil help kalindi replied. dont worry about it too much, women have been doing this forever and if it was that bad nobody would have more that one! get as much info on what happens in what stages during labour, as understanding will help you get over your fears and try to think of all the things after the birth that you will be doing. remember that giving birth is not about pain its going to be exciting too, you meeting that person whos been kicking you for 5 months!
