Due Date Club July 2008:Feel some tingling and heaviness!!!
2007-12-08
Name: Madhu

Hi gals,

I just wanted to share some of the things happening with me. I' m in my 7th week now. And since last week I feel like something heavy has been kept in my stomach. I feel the heaviness just below the naval and also experience some tingling there. Does anyone of you feel the same?

I have this problem of constipation since last week. What are some of the home remedies? I drink lots of water though. Does anyone feel like eating sweet or sour already? I do not feel anything yet. But yes, I do feel tired during evenings and my sickness starts in the evening.

Please share ur experiences.
Take care

hi madhu...

i' m in my 7th week too.. the feeling of slight heaviness & tingling in the abdomen is a normal feeling..it' s the foetus growing i suppose.. i go through it too.. i also get tired and sick in the evening..so u are not alone..

for constipation try having isabgol at night or cremaffin if it is severe.. also keep drinking lots of water..
