I am in my 11th week of pregnancy. I am having a bright yellow colour discharge since past 2 days. I am sure it is not blood. Is there something to worry about. I also get mild pain in my abdomen sometimes. Please help me. I am very worried.

Spotting is normal in first trimester and if you are having low lying Placenta then anytime during pregnancy.
You should be worried for fresh blood, which you say you don't have.
However as you face some cramps, it might not hurt to see your care giver.
He/She will better investigate, may offer you an ultrasound to see baby is doing great and will explain if placental position is what making you experience this spotting.

usually bright yellow color discharge is not common, if that smells could indicate infection. Your care giver will investigate and treat it. It's perfectly normal to treat infections during pregnancy.
