Dont worry so much..GD will go after u deliver..Stay away from sugar and Carbohydrates.. Eat less chapatis and breads and pizzas..
concentrate more on protein rich food.
Carb rich food is biggest source of sugar.

First of all, relax. GD is found in around 60% of pregnant mothers and is quite normal. It will come to normal once you deliver your kid. I also had it when I was pregnant and my doctor told me to lessen the sugar and all sweet items - eat more vegetables and fruits - eat dhal/chappati and cooked green gram and all other types of beans- rajma, kidney beans etc.. You have to take all these variety of foods so that your child gets the best nutritious food. what you are currently eating is not going to give you or your child much strength. so please relax and try different ways of making tasty veggies and eat them. All the best
