hi fds,i m 24 years of age and i m very tense these days, as my hairs r falling very rapidly, i hav a lot of dandruff too, plz suggest me any cure........plz.

Hey there! I use shampoo. No matter how much water you use methi stays in the hair. When you comb your hair one it's dried everything comes out.
I would prefer to use fresh methi seeds instead of powder.

take 50ml white vinegar add little water apply in ur scalp leave 30min.after wash it

Hey there! Soak Methi seeds(fenugreek) over night and grind. In the morning apply this paste to root and hair as well. wait for 2 to 3 hrs and wash your hair. It helps for dandruff, hair falling. It gives good shining and healthy look to hair. And prevents grey hairs.
