when i was younger i had very very fair skin and a cool skin tone. i still have lighter skin but its not as fair as before. i also have a warm skin tone now. very few areas of my face have remained the same the whole entire face has tanned and become darker. does any body know how to fix this. help please!

Hi,

Your actual skin colour - as in the skin you were indeed born with - cannot change, because this is how much melanin (skin pigment) your body is producing, and will always produce.

Yet you say you used to have fair skin, but it has become uneven over time, so maybe a fairer skin is possible, unless the melanin gene has only truly kicked in now, in which case the skin you have now will be the one you stick with.

In Australia, they have skin pigmentation creams and removal clinics.

I suggest going to skindoctors dot com dot au to look for a pigment removing cream. I think it has one made of licorice.
