I am facing serious hair fall problem. Whenever I run my hand through my hair, i will see two or three strends coming.After hair wash, I comb only after hair is dried. Then also, lot of hairs come. I don't have much dandruff only very little i.e. when i don't oil my hair. I tend to keep my scalp clean by washing hair alternate day. I am staying in a humid country where water is also hard. After i have come here, over a period of 4 years, my hair density has gone almost half. I am not as such stressed also. Only stress, which I have is this hair fall problem 'coz i feel with this rate i will go bald soon.
I am applying fenugreek paste on alternate days. Can you please tell me how should i wash it off? Currently I am using mild shampoo (johnson baby shampoo). Its been more than 2 weeks and have not noticed any reduction in hair fall or increase in hair density.Can you plz advice on this also?
I am taking one egg, multivitamin tablet and cashew nuts daily in my diet.
How much time it should take to show any affect of all these treatments.

Massage your scalp with almond, castor n coconut oil weekly twice.

FOR DANDRUFF:

Soak fenugreek leaves overnight n grind it next morning. Apply this paste on your scalp n shampoo after 1 hour. Do this weekly twice.
